During your stay at Fort Conde Inn, Chef Robbie will greet you at the breakfast table ready to start your day off with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and baked biscuits or muffins. What you will find on the menu will be tradition to traditional with a little Chef Robbie flare. At breakfast nothing is "off limits", if Chef Robbie has it, he will cook it for you. So get ready to take a delectable trip to Southern elegance with a twist while staying at Fort Conde Inn. Breakfast times are 7:30am until 9am each day. After normal breakfast hours guests may receive coffee and a pastry item until 10am.

Seafood Benedict - two poached eggs on a toasted English muffin, four Gulf shrimp topped with fresh jumbo lump crabmeat and finished with a crawfish and tasso hollandaise sauce.
Bananas Foster French Toast - three slices of fresh sourdough bread, soaked in a special ice cream custard batter, griddled to perfection then topped with caramel foster's sauce, bananas and pecans.
Crustless Crab and Asparagus Quiche - the perfect mixture of eggs, cream and three cheeses, combined with asparagus tips and jumbo lump blue crabmeat and baked till golden brown.
