Reservation requirements & more

To confirm your Fort Conde Inn reservations, an amount equal to one night's room rate is due at the time of booking. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.


The Fort Conde Inn is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is only allowed on exterior porches and patios. The Fort Conde Inn does not allow smoking in any of our guest rooms. There is a $300 fine for smoking inside a guest room, this includes the finding of cigarette butts, ashes, and, or the odor of cigarette smoke.

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in will receive a full refund of their deposit.  If the cancellation occurs within 72 hours of check-in, any funds paid as deposit will be forfeited.  All cancellations must be confirmed by email. Guests without email confirmation of cancellation will be held liable for the entire balance of their reservation.


Deposits made for bulk rentals including weddings and special events are non-refundable.

Pets only allowed in cottages. A pet fee of $100 will be charged for each pet per stay. Pets are not allowed in any other buildings, including the main house. 

Children under 12 are discouraged; however, special arrangements may be possible under certain circumstances. Please call to inquire first if you have a young child.

Check in is between 3pm - 10pm. Check-out is at 11am. Guests who require flexible check-in times can also be accommodated (Please call us with your request in advance of your arrival).

Fort Conde Inn reserves the right to cancel reservations and/or deny access to the facility for guests under the age of 21. All guests must be 21 years of age or older or must be accompanied by someone 21 years of age or older.
